Alcova is a census-designated place in Natrona County, Wyoming, United States. It is part of the Casper, Wyoming Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 20 at the 2000 census. The center of population of Wyoming is located in Alcova. Alcova and the near-by reservoir, Alcova Lake, are popular vacation spots with many seasonal residents.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.3 square miles (0.7 km²), all of it land.
There were 7 households out of which 42.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 85.7% were married couples living together, and 0.0% were non-families.
